Harass

“Harass” means to engage in a course of conduct directed at a specific person which causes substantial emotional distress to that person and serves no legitimate purpose. It’s important to note “legitimate purpose” does not mean at the whim of a person stalking, hunting, or otherwise harassing at target for their pleasure.

Any and all unwanted contact attempts, appearing at places known for the victim to work, reside, or frequent and “lurking” hoping to intimidate or provoke a confrontation, sending unwanted cards, gifts, and letters, or making any attempt to contact or send messages to a party in legal court ordered or expressed civil wishes to have “NO CONTACT” from or information about any group or particular individual.

It is important to note, sending any form of electronic communication to another person (including sending emails, private message using social media, sending texts, calling, pushing LIKE or making comments on a person’s fan page or on the online websites of a person’s place of business, contacting a person’s clients, friends, co-workers, or family members, and/or simply demanding their attention in any way possible (such as filing frivolous lawsuits) IS the definition and epitome of harassment.

Harassment, as a “practice”, is a form of brainwashing and mind control. Many of the same techniques used on captives held places like Guantanamo Bay are used to literally psychologically and emotionally break down the mind, body, and spirit of people in custody. Victims of extreme harassment and pervasive stalking typically develop C-PTSD — a conditioned form of PTSD common to hostages with Stockholm Syndrome and Narcissistic Abuse victims.
